Awards held at The Grand Staircase of the Massachusetts State
House Peter Dorflinger of Concept Art Services was recognized for his dedication to providing opportunities for artists with disabilities through his work in support of
ArcWorks of the Northeast Arc of Danvers, MA.
Distinguished Citizens of the Year Award Recipients

This
award is given in the honor of Chuck Howard,a former President of ADDP.
The award is presented to individuals with intellectual and
developmental disabilities who have demonstrated self-determination by
exercising their right to make choices, pursue personal goals and
